For many years, just for fun, she planned events and did catering for her family and friends who especially loved her little hors d’oeuvres, creativity and management style. She loved this so much, now she has made it her profession. She is ready to help you to design, plan and execute your next perfect event!
Guirlene is very creative and works in any kind of environment – stress cannot stop her! Her clients love her organization and unflappable calm. She is formally educated in wedding and event planning – not only traditional American Weddings, but also many other cultural weddings and religious events. She is knowledgeable and respectful of protocols and customs while working in cultures outside of the American arena.

Get to know the Guisha's Quality Event mission & Staff
Founded by Guirlene Small and Sasha Esperance the two officially launched the business in December 2014 and the following spring they had more work than the two of them could handle – which lead to expansion of our business personnel.
Since opening, Guisha’s Quality Events has designed and executed many events, including weddings, Communions and various parties – from small family get-togethers to large family reunions.
Guisha’s Quality Events has become know for their wonderful work and diverse creativity in various communities in South Florida.
